Through our dual focus on mentorship for young women of color and community service for all, the Urban Bloom Foundation is working towards a future where every individual has the opportunity to blossom and contribute positively to society.
Mentorship
The benefits of mentorship extend beyond individual growth to include professional networking, career advancement, and personal empowerment. Mentees gain access to valuable resources, networks, and opportunities through their mentor's connections and insights. They also develop key skills, such as problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership, through hands-on guidance and real-world experience.

Volunteering
Our impact is made greater through the willingness of volunteers. The Urban Bloom volunteer is an individual who is dedicated to service and passionate about women pursuing a better way of life for themselves and their families. Our organization extends invitation to volunteers for both its own programs and in collaboration with aligning organizations.

Fundraising
Our organization is committed to offering financial support to other non-profit organizations dealing with providing assistance for those working with women to further advance their educational and financial status. When you attend a UBF-hosted fundraiser or simply donate, you support more than just our organization but many others with the same mission.
